We are currently hiring for the following roles.


We have an immediate requirement for an Assistant Manager. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to come in and work with a small tight knit team with a strong culture. Our team size currently sits at 10 people, but we are keen to grow this due to created success.

A big part of this role will be in collaboration with business owner, Sebastian Smith & general manager, Robin Stransky, who between them have 10 years experience within the industry. We see it extremely important that the successful applicant has demonstrated experience in managing teams regardless of size with tangible outcomes. The role will be extremely hands on and will require you to always communicate concisely, as well as being exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail to ensure service and quality standards are always met.

This is a full-time position, working 45 hours per week as well as weekend work.

Necessaries & Perks:

  • 24-27K annual remuneration (plus tips)
